  • 4 medium carrot (s)
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 300 g potato (s)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 100 g cheese (e.. Gouda, Feta cheese, etc.), rated

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the carrots and zucchini and cut into strips about 1 cm wide. Dice the potatoes (unpeeled - if you like). Put the vegetables in a bowl and mix with the olive oil, cinnamon, cane sugar and salt. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 15 minutes. Then sprinkle the cheese over it and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve hot.
  3. Goes well with fish dishes or as a main meal, then maybe use a little more vegetables.
