First things first: Apple and orange juice should be not-from-concentrate juices.
Put the juices and the chopped fruit in the blender and mix until there are no more pieces.
This smoothie can of course also be made wonderfully with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. - depending on the season (only the banana should always be with you). Or you can take blood orange juice, also delicious.
Incidentally, I kept the small glasses from bought smoothies and now refill them again and again.
