- 250 ml apple juice
- 1 banana (s)

- First things first: Apple and orange juice should be not-from-concentrate juices.
- Put the juices and the chopped fruit in the blender and mix until there are no more pieces.
- This smoothie can of course also be made wonderfully with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries etc. - depending on the season (only the banana should always be with you). Or you can take blood orange juice, also delicious.
- Incidentally, I kept the small glasses from bought smoothies and now refill them again and again.
