Ingredients

  • 300 g suar
  • 150 g butter, melt
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 250 g milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 350 g flour
  • 0.5 ½ sachet gingerbread spice
  • 1 sachet baking powder
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar
  • 100 g nuts
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 bar chocolate (block chocolate) or
  • Couverture, melt

Instructions

  1. Beat the sugar, melted butter and eggs until frothy. Add milk, honey and flour and mix well. Gradually add 1/2 pack of gingerbread spice, baking powder, vanilla sugar, nuts and cocoa.
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and then bake for 20 minutes at 175 ° C. After cooling, brush with melted chocolate.
