Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup oat flakes, hearty
- 0.5 ½ cup raisins or cranberries
- 1 tablespoon, heaped flaxseed, crushed
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 ½ cup sweet cream
- 200 g vanilla yourt
- 1 tablespoon sugar, brown
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 apple

- Put the oatmeal, flaxseed, raisins and / or cranberries and vanilla yogurt in a bowl. Mix the milk and cream in a mug and dissolve the sugar and honey in it. Now pour this over the other ingredients and stir well.
- It is best to prepare and put in the refrigerator overnight, as the oatmeal takes a few hours to steep.
- The next day, add a finely chopped apple underneath and the tastiest muesli in the world is ready.
- Note: I don`t use cups, by the way, but mugs with a volume of 200 - 250 ml. The amount of sugar and honey is of course variable, depending on how sweet you like it. Of course, you can add other fruit to the muesli as you wish.
