Instructions

  1. The evening before, weigh the natural yoghurt, milk and cereals in a medium-sized bowl with a lid and mix well. Let everything sit in the closed bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Mix everything well the next morning.
  3. Then cut the fruit into small pieces as you like or, if necessary, let it chop up briefly in a device. It looks nicer by hand, but sometimes it has to be done quickly. Put the fruit in the prepared muesli mass.
  4. If you notice during mixing that it is very firm, simply add a little more milk until the desired consistency is achieved. The muesli can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 days.
  5. Tip: I always take the following cereal items, and they taste really good and are healthy!
  6. 4 tablespoon wholegrain multigrain flakes, coarse
  7. 4 tablespoon spelled pops, sweetened is common, but unsweetened is also sufficient, but only available in health food stores
  8. a total of 4 tablespoon different pops: millet / amaranth / other unsweetened pops from the health food store
  9. 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  10. 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  11. 30 aronia berries
  12. Possible variations:
  13. Raisins
  14. Aronia berries
  15. nuts
  16. Oat stain

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
