The evening before, weigh the natural yoghurt, milk and cereals in a medium-sized bowl with a lid and mix well. Let everything sit in the closed bowl in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix everything well the next morning.
Then cut the fruit into small pieces as you like or, if necessary, let it chop up briefly in a device. It looks nicer by hand, but sometimes it has to be done quickly. Put the fruit in the prepared muesli mass.
If you notice during mixing that it is very firm, simply add a little more milk until the desired consistency is achieved. The muesli can be kept in the refrigerator for 2 days.
Tip: I always take the following cereal items, and they taste really good and are healthy!
4 tablespoon wholegrain multigrain flakes, coarse
4 tablespoon spelled pops, sweetened is common, but unsweetened is also sufficient, but only available in health food stores
a total of 4 tablespoon different pops: millet / amaranth / other unsweetened pops from the health food store
