Instructions

  1. Sauté the chopped onion, mix with the breadcrumbs, add the pressed potato, season with salt, chopped chervil and pasta mint, and form small balls.
  2. Pasta dough: Process all ingredients into a smooth dough and leave to rest for about 1/2 hour, roll out, put balls on top, beat in and cut out, boil in salted water and serve with brown (melted) butter.
