Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small strips. Place the carp on the tray and sprinkle or drizzle with the spices. Scatter about 1 third of the vegetables on top. Finally, sugar and lemon juice. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
  2. Saute the remaining vegetables as a side dish and season with the same spices!
