- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet.
- Finely dice the onion. Clean and peel the carrots and cut into 3 cm long sticks. Roughly chop the parsley.
- Heat the butter in the pan and steam the onion for 2 minutes. Add the carrots, curry and salt and sauté for 5 minutes over a medium heat.
- Mix parsley, cream cheese and milk with the carrots, stir evenly and bring to the boil. Season the sauce with salt and pepper.
