walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions
Put the carrots and persimmons in a bowl. Honey, oil, lemon juice
and add the pepper, mix, season with a little salt and possibly a little cinnamon.
Scatter walnuts on top.
Tastes sweet / tart.
