Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the zucchini and carrots. Then grate both ingredients with a vegetable grater and add the drained tuna. Mix everything with a fork and pour oil and balsamic vinegar over it. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Due to its high protein content, the salad is great as a dinner or as a snack after exercise.
