Ingredients
- 1 small zucchini
- 2 carrot (s)
- 0.5 can ½ tuna
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, white
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper

- Wash and peel the zucchini and carrots. Then grate both ingredients with a vegetable grater and add the drained tuna. Mix everything with a fork and pour oil and balsamic vinegar over it. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
- Due to its high protein content, the salad is great as a dinner or as a snack after exercise.
