- 1 zucchini
- 3 carrot (s)
- 0.25 liter ¼ vegetable stock
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- some salt and pepper
- some oil

- Roughly chop the onion and sauté in a pan with oil. Chop the zucchini and carrots into bite-sized pieces and add to the pan, season with a little salt and pepper and fry briefly.
- Pour the vegetable stock over it, bring to the boil and then stir in the tomato paste. Let simmer for a few minutes. Goes well with pasta and rice.
