Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna in oil
  • 1 can corn
  • 3 tomato (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, green and yellow
  • 200 g sheep cheese or feta cheese
  • 3 egg (s), hard-boiled
  • 0.5 ½ onion (s)
  • salt and pepper
  • vinegar
  • possibly oil

Instructions

  1. Do not drain the tuna. Put the tuna with the oil in a bowl and cut with a fork. Drain the corn and mix with the tuna.
  2. Cut two tomatoes, the bell peppers, the sheep`s cheese and the onion into small cubes and mix in. Also cut two of the eggs into cubes and mix in.
  3. Now season the salad with salt and pepper. Add a little vinegar and, depending on your taste, a little oil. It is no longer necessary for tuna pickled in oil.
  4. Cut the remaining tomato and an egg into wedges and garnish the salad with them. I serve garlic bread with it.
