Peel the oranges (I use juice oranges) and put them in the juicer. Put the carrots (I use organic carrots and save myself peeling) in the juicer as well. Squeeze 1/2 lemon and add the juice from it to the carrot-orange juice and stir. Now add 2 tips of turmeric. Stir in the coconut oil as well. The oil is so important because the nutrients in the carrots are best absorbed with oil. The same goes for turmeric.
You can also vary the amount of turmeric and oil to taste. Just try.
