Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and grate the carrot. Bring to the boil together with 75 ml of water in a small saucepan and then add the milk. Stir in the corn grits and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat while stirring. Then let it soak for a few more minutes. Finally puree finely with a hand blender. Feed warm.
