Peel, wash and cut the cucumber, carrot, beetroot and ginger. Peel, wash and cut the pumpkin into pieces. Wash the apples, remove the core if necessary and cut into pieces. Wash the lemon with hot water, peel off the peel with a peeler and squeeze out the lemon half.
Put all ingredients in the blender and puree. Add cold water as desired.
If desired, high-quality vegetable oil (e.g. linseed oil, rapeseed oil, walnut oil) can be used.
