Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the carrots. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the grated carrots in it.
  2. In a bowl, mix the yoghurt, mayonnaise, salt and the very finely chopped or pressed garlic. Mix the yoghurt mixture with the cooled carrots and serve cold on a serving platter with baguette slices.
