Cut the peeled carrots into spaghetti with the spiral cutter. Finely chop the garlic.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan or pan and add the carrots. Season with salt and pepper, then add the garlic. Add water as required (a lot of water = soft spaghetti, little water = firm spaghetti). Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
Add finely chopped parsley and sunflower seeds to taste, continue cooking for about 2 minutes and serve. Also tastes good without side dishes.
