Instructions

  1. Clean the carrots and cut into slices. Clean and finely chop a piece of ginger about the size of a thumb.
  2. Briefly sauté butter in a pan over very low heat. Add the carrots. Season with salt and sugar. Steam with the lid closed for about 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  3. Season to taste with pepper and finely chopped parsley.
