- 250 g carrot (s)
- 1 small Piece (s) ginger root, about the size a thumb
- 1 small Piece (s) butter
- salt and pepper
- 1 pinch (s) sugar
- 1 handful parsley, smooth

- Clean the carrots and cut into slices. Clean and finely chop a piece of ginger about the size of a thumb.
- Briefly sauté butter in a pan over very low heat. Add the carrots. Season with salt and sugar. Steam with the lid closed for about 20 to 25 minutes. Stir occasionally.
- Season to taste with pepper and finely chopped parsley.
