Ingredients
- 200 g carrot (s)
- 20 g butter
- 1 teaspoon ginger, fresh peeled and finely chopped
- 1 piece (s) star anise, small
- 1 teaspoon honey, (acacia or blossom)
- salt
- Pepper, whiter
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley

- Peel the carrots and cut into 5mm thin slices.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan and sauté the ginger briefly. Add the star anise, honey and 3 tablespoons of water and mix in the carrot slices. Put the lid on and simmer the carrots over a mild heat for 8 minutes, turning several times.
- Season to taste with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
- Chop the parsley and mix in.
