  • 1 kg carrot (s)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 100 g cheese, rated
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.
  2. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces. Then cook in salted water until al dente. Drain and place in a baking dish. Now mix the honey into the still warm carrots and sprinkle with the grated cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until the cheese is golden brown.
  3. Quite simply, goes well with vegetarian or meat dishes.
