- Put the pineapple and juice in a larger bowl and stir in the gelatin. Put something into the fridge.
- Grate carrots, mix with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
- When the pineapple mass begins to thicken, add the carrots and transfer to a suitable terrine dish.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
