Ingredients

  • 1 can pineapple
  • 400 g carrot (s)
  • 1 lemon (s), juice it
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 points gelatin powder

Instructions

  1. Prepare the gelatine according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Put the pineapple and juice in a larger bowl and stir in the gelatin. Put something into the fridge.
  3. Grate carrots, mix with lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  4. When the pineapple mass begins to thicken, add the carrots and transfer to a suitable terrine dish.
  5. Place in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
