Dessert of Oranges, Pineapples and Carrots

The recipe for an easy and quick vitamin dessert – a sweet salad of oranges, canned pineapples, and fresh carrots, with yogurt! Very juicy, nutritious, and healthy!

Ingredients
- Oranges – 2 pcs. (380 g)
- Carrots – 1 pc. (150 g)
- Canned pineapple – 150 g
- Yogurt – 130 g
- Powdered sugar – 50 g
- Almond flakes – 4 tablespoon
Directions
- Grate the peeled carrots on a fine grater.
- Peel the oranges, divide them into slices, remove films and partitions. Add the pulp of oranges to the grated carrots.
- Cut the canned pineapple into small pieces and add to the carrots with oranges. Stir.
- Combine powdered sugar with yogurt.
- Stir.
- Arrange the carrots with oranges and pineapples in glasses or bowls. Top with some sweet yogurt sauce.
- Sprinkle almond flakes on top of the dessert of oranges, pineapples, and carrots.
- Serve the carrot-fruit dessert to the table immediately after cooking.
