- 400 g whipped cream
- 1 packet cream pudding powder or almond or vanilla pudding powder
- 2 tablespoon, heaped pistachios, ground or chopped
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 large can (s) pineapple slice (s)
- 300 g marshmallow (s), white

- Drain the pineapple in a colander, collecting the juice.
- Beat the cream with the sugar and the custard powder until stiff, stir in the pistachios and add a little pineapple juice to create a flowing cream. Cut the pineapple slices into bite-sized pieces and roughly pull the marshmallows apart.
- Mix everything together well in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
