• 400 g whipped cream
• 1 packet cream pudding powder or almond or vanilla pudding powder
• 2 tablespoon, heaped pistachios, ground or chopped
• 2 tablespoon sugar
• 1 large can (s) pineapple slice (s)
• 300 g marshmallow (s), white

Instructions

1. Drain the pineapple in a colander, collecting the juice.
2. Beat the cream with the sugar and the custard powder until stiff, stir in the pistachios and add a little pineapple juice to create a flowing cream. Cut the pineapple slices into bite-sized pieces and roughly pull the marshmallows apart.
3. Mix everything together well in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
