Cut the vegetables into pieces and cook them in salted water until soft.
Drain the water, collect about 150 ml and add to the vegetables again. Add 100 ml of cream. Mash with the potato masher. I personally like it when there are still pieces to be found in the stamp. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Grilled cheese or vegetarian meat substitutes, fried onions fried in plenty of oil and roasted peppers go well with this.
