Ingredients
- 400 g potato (s)
- 400 g carrot (s)
- 200 g celery sticks
- 100 ml cream
- Salt and pepper, whiter

- Cut the vegetables into pieces and cook them in salted water until soft.
- Drain the water, collect about 150 ml and add to the vegetables again. Add 100 ml of cream. Mash with the potato masher. I personally like it when there are still pieces to be found in the stamp. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Grilled cheese or vegetarian meat substitutes, fried onions fried in plenty of oil and roasted peppers go well with this.
