Instructions
- Cut the pork fillet into roughly ½-inch thick slices. Fry the slices in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes per side until lightly golden.
- Drain the liquid from the cans of asparagus and peas. If using canned mushrooms, drain those as well.
- In a bowl, mix the bearnaise sauce, hollandaise sauce, and cream together.
- In a baking dish, arrange the fried pork slices. Scatter the drained vegetables around and over the pork. Pour the mixed sauce over everything.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 30-45 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 63°C (145°F).
- Serve with your choice of noodles, spaetzle, croquettes, or fries.
