Make a roux out of the butter and flour and pour the broth over it. Let simmer for a few minutes. Then add the cream and cheese. When the cheese has melted, season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add a little chives.
Place the cooked pasta and chicken in a buttered baking dish. Pour the sauce over it.

A salad goes well with it (I always make iceberg lettuce with radishes and herb sauce).
