Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast fillet (s)

For the sauce:

  • 80 g butter
  • 40 grams flour
  • 500 ml vegetable stock
  • 250 g cream
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Also:

  • 500 g pasta, reen, boiled
  • Butter for the mold
  • Chives rolls

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into narrow strips and fry briefly.
  2. Make a roux out of the butter and flour and pour the broth over it. Let simmer for a few minutes. Then add the cream and cheese. When the cheese has melted, season the sauce with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add a little chives.
  3. Place the cooked pasta and chicken in a buttered baking dish. Pour the sauce over it.
  4. Put top / bottom heat in the preheated oven for approx. 15 - 25 minutes at 180 ° C.
  5. A salad goes well with it (I always make iceberg lettuce with radishes and herb sauce).
