We rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. In a separate container, we mix all the products for pouring, namely: buckwheat flakes (200 g), grated cheese (150 g), eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Mix all the ingredients of the pouring sauce thoroughly. We disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences.
Peel the onions and carrots, peel the peppers from the seeds. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
Cut the zucchini into small cubes. We also cut the boiled sausage into small cubes.
In a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the onion and sausage until the onion is transparent (about 4 minutes).
