Casserole with Vegetables, Sausage and Buckwheat Flakes

A delicious casserole with broccoli and other vegetables, with sausage, cheese, and buckwheat flakes, with a delicate sauce, you will definitely like it, so write down this wonderful recipe right away.

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat flakes – 200 g + 2 tbsp
  • Boiled sausage – 100 g
  • Hard cheese – 150 g + 20 g
  • Broccoli – 100 g
  • Bulgarian red pepper – 1 pc.
  • Zucchini – 1 pc.
  • Carrots – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp + for lubricating the mold
  • Eggs – 2 pcs.
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Allspice – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Directions

  1. We rub hard cheese on a coarse grater. In a separate container, we mix all the products for pouring, namely: buckwheat flakes (200 g), grated cheese (150 g), eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix all the ingredients of the pouring sauce thoroughly. We disassemble the broccoli into small inflorescences.
  3. Peel the onions and carrots, peel the peppers from the seeds. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  4. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. We also cut the boiled sausage into small cubes.
  5. In a preheated frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil, fry the onion and sausage until the onion is transparent (about 4 minutes).
  6. After 4 minutes add carrots, pepper, and zucchini to the pan. Cooking for 5 minutes.
  7. Grease the heat-resistant form with vegetable oil and sprinkle generously with buckwheat flakes (2 tablespoons).
  8. Put broccoli on buckwheat flakes. Then spread the fried vegetables with sausage on the broccoli.
  9. Water the vegetables with cooked sausage evenly. We distribute the fill carefully over the entire surface. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top (20 g). We put the casserole in a preheated oven and cook for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
  10. A casserole with vegetables, sausage, cheese, and buckwheat is ready.
