Instructions

  1. Sort out the spinach and blanch for about 1 minute in boiling water, squeeze out and chop. Heat the oil in a pan and add the garlic and anchovies. Roast briefly and then add the spinach, pine nuts and raisins. Season with salt and pepper and cook on a mild heat for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
