Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the cauliflower and / or broccoli. Cut the potatoes into slices and wash them. Blanch everything in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  2. Sweat the flour with butter and deglaze with the stock and milk. Cook while stirring for 5 minutes. Stir in processed cheese. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  3. Grease a baking dish. Pour in the potato slices and the cauliflower or broccoli. Pour the sauce over it and top with the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
