Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash it, put it in boiling salted water and cook for 9-10 minutes (it should still have a bit of bite). Drain and quench for a moment.
  2. Make a vinaigrette from vinegar, salt, pepper and oil, pour over the warm cauliflower and mix gently. Let something go.
  3. You can eat this salad lukewarm or cold.
