Instructions

  1. Peel the celery, cut into slices about 8 mm thick and cook in a strong vegetable stock for 4-6 minutes.
  2. Mix the soy flour and some of the vegetable stock into a thick, sticky pulp and cover the schnitzel with it. Turn the schnitzel in breadcrumbs and then fry in plenty of oil.
