Instructions

  1. Clean, wash and cut the celery into pieces. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onions.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add the celery and potatoes. Steam for about 5 minutes. Add the stock and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
  3. Wash, quarter and core the pear and cut into wedges. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the pear slices on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar, caramelize a little, then remove from heat.
  4. Puree the soup finely. Season again to taste and serve with the pears.
