Ingredients
- 5 stalks celery
- 1 potato (s), floury cooking
- 2 onions)
- 700 ml vegetable stock
- 200 ml cream
- salt and pepper
- 1 pear (s)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 teaspoons sugar

- Clean, wash and cut the celery into pieces. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Peel and dice the onions.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan and sauté the onions in it. Add the celery and potatoes. Steam for about 5 minutes. Add the stock and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
- Wash, quarter and core the pear and cut into wedges. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the pear slices on both sides. Sprinkle with sugar, caramelize a little, then remove from heat.
- Puree the soup finely. Season again to taste and serve with the pears.
