Creamy Celery Soup

• 1 large celery
• 1 liter meat broth
• 2 tablespoon butter
• 500 ml condensed milk or cream
• 1 ml egg yolk
• Herbs, for garnish

Instructions

1. Peel and dice the celery and cook in the meat stock until soft. Stir in butter, canned milk and egg yolk.
2. Garnish with herbs before serving!
