Instructions

  1. Mix whole eggs and sugar with vanilla sugar until frothy, add margarine, continue to stir until frothy.
  2. Gradually stir in desiccated coconut, nuts, chocolate, oat flakes and flour with baking powder.
  3. Brush the still warm cake with the rum + sugar mixture.
  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 175-180 degrees.
