Sear the cevapcici in a large pan, preferably a roaster, when browned, add the onions and peppers and let them sweat briefly. Then add tomato paste and paprika powder and sauté briefly. Add the broth and stir in the rice. Now simmer until the rice is done, adding water if necessary so that the rice is always lightly covered.
