Instructions

  1. Finely chop the onion and roast in the fat until golden. Stir in the paprika, the cleaned, washed, chopped chanterelles and the parsley, cover and simmer over low heat (approx. 15-20 min.) Until soft, add a little water if necessary.
  2. Mix the flour with the cream and add to the mushrooms, pour over water.
  3. Salt, pepper and add a little vinegar to taste.
  4. Serve with bread dumplings, napkin dumplings or boiled potatoes!
  5. I`ve also cooked other types of mushrooms according to this recipe.
