Wash and drain the chard and cut off the stalks. Cut the leaves into large pieces and finely dice the stems.
Finely dice the onions and garlic, cut the tomatoes into fine strips. Heat the olive oil in a sufficiently large saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic and sauté the Swiss chard until the leaves collapse. Add the tomato strips and let everything simmer together for about 5 minutes on a low heat. Season with salt and pepper and add the honey balm to taste.
TIP:
If you don`t have a honey balm at hand, you can use 1 tablespoon of honey mixed with 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to taste.
