- Place the oatmeal, eggs, onions, and cream cheese in a bowl. Chop the rusks and add them to the bowl as well. Now stir everything until you get a mass.
- Let it steep for about 1 hour and then portion into small balls.
- Put some fat in the pan and fry the balls on both sides.
- Tastes very good with ketchup or mayonnaise, as well as cold! Or as an accompaniment to the menu!
