Place the oatmeal, eggs, onions, and cream cheese in a bowl. Chop the rusks and add them to the bowl as well. Now stir everything until you get a mass.
Let it steep for about 1 hour and then portion into small balls.
Put some fat in the pan and fry the balls on both sides.
Tastes very good with ketchup or mayonnaise, as well as cold! Or as an accompaniment to the menu!
