- Cook the pasta in salted water and drain in a sieve. In the meantime, fry the ham cubes in a hot pan until they have turned some color.
- Put the freshly drained, hot noodles in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Caution: Do not use too much salt as the cheese is salty enough!
- Immediately mix the fried ham cubes and the grated cheese into the pasta. The cheese will now melt and cover the pasta.
- A fresh salad and a good white wine go well with it.
