Instructions

  1. Peel and roughly grate the potatoes. Mix with grated cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Fry small hash browns in hot fat and keep warm.
  2. Just rub the oyster mushrooms a little and cut them fresh, fry on both sides in the remaining fat and spread over the hash browns.
  3. Place a small teaspoon of cream cheese, tomato quarters and some cress on the mushroom hash browns and serve.
  4. A delicious vegetarian main course or a smaller amount as a warm starter.
